UK 1st class signed for Royal mail shipping on orders up to £60

Special delivery guaranteed next day by 1pm for items over £60

Items usually shipped 2-4 working days after purchase unless stated otherwise. 

​

International charges will differ and will be posed air mail tracked. 

​

 

Returns 

​

We have a 14 day returns policy, which mean you have 14 days after receiving your item in which to request a return.

​

To be eligible for a return, you must send your item in the same condition that you received it in, unused or unworn and in the original packaging. You will need proof of purchase or a receipt. 

Unfortunately we do not except returns on earrings/hair accessories due to hygiene reasons.

Once you have received a confirmation of your return by email, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return postage (unless the item is faulty). 

Items sent back without this confirmation will not be accepted.

Please use the contact form for any returns questions, including ring sizing a chain shortening/lengthening. Which is done as a repair. 

​

​

Damages and issues

​

Please check your order immediately upon receiving and contact us directly if the item is damaged or defective,

so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the situation as quickly and easily for you. 

​

If the outside packaging is visibly damaged, please do not sign for it and refuse delivery. This is because the courier's terms and conditions may not allow a refund if the item has been signed for. 

I understand during current COVID-19 restrictions this may not always be possible, therefore I will review each Individual case with sensitivity.

Exchanges

​

The fastest way to exchange your item is to contact us about a return and once you receive the confirmation, make a separate purchase for a new item. 

​

Refunds

​

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. 

If approved you will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. 

​

Repairs 

 

Repair work is regarded as a commission, therefore please use the contact form and make an enquiry on behalf of your requirement, return special delivery postage and packaging is included in the quoted price of the repair.
